The term "Sinology" carries a slight overtone of disrespect towards China. One hears of "Indology," "Egyptology" and "Sinology," but never "Graecology" or "Romology"—let alone "Anglology" or "Americology." The term "Sinology" epitomizes European and American scholars' patronizing attitude towards the culture of those ruined ancient empires.

Just watched Krrish. I do have a soft spot for Bollywood productions. I liked Koi... Mil Gaya (I found someone) which is the prequel to Krrish. Hrithik Roshan is kind of an interesting personality I first read about in Maximum City. And Priyanka Chopra is amazingly hot. But then she was crowned Miss World in 2000, so that shouldn't come as a surprise... Dunno what it is with Bollywood movies, but despite their excessive lenght they never get boring and always cheer me up! 6.5/10 (and 8.5/10 when it comes to Bollywood movies only)

Why do random weirdos/junkies always single me out as their peer? Not that I mind, I'll usually talk to anybody, I'm just curious...
